Registration:

  • What do I get with a free basic account?
    You can receive the Big & Rich E-newsletter, write your own blog, comment on news and blogs, and vote in polls!

  • How do I register for my free account?
    Just click here to register for your free basic account. You will recieve an E-mail with further instructions.

  • I never got a confirmation E-mail after registering?
    Please check your Spam box. The email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address please contact Customer Service by E-mailing here.

  • I registered but cannot access the site. It keeps saying Access Denied.
    Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the site.

  • What if I lost my account password?
    Click here to recover your password.

  • How do I edit my account settings and/or personal information?
    1. LOG IN or SIGN UP
    2. Click on MY ACCOUNT
    3. Click EDIT tab
    4. Choose ACCOUNT SETTINGS, PERSONAL or PERSONAL INFORMATION tab
    5. The ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab allows you to edit your location (address), upload your personal picture, etc.

  • How do I write my own blog?
    1. Login or register
    2. Click "My Account" link in user navigation bar at the top of the page
    3. Click "Post new blog entry"
    4. Give your entry a title, write your blog, and click submit

  • How do I view and edit or delete my blogs?
    To view your blog:
    1. Login or register
    2. Click "My Account" in the user navigation bar
    3. Click "Read my blog" below your user picture

  • To edit or delete your blogs:
    1. Follow the instructions above for viewing your blog.
    2. Click the title of the blog you want to edit
    3. Click Edit tab
    4. Edit your blog, and click Submit at the bottom of the page, or click Delete.

  • How do I view other fans' blogs?
    Click Blogs in the navigation bar

  • How do I comment on news & blogs?
    1. Login or register
    2. Click on add new comment in News, Videos, or Blogs pages
    *If you there are already comments on the news, videos, or blogs, click the existing comments to add yours.

    Please note the following minimum system requirements:
    Operating System: Windows Vista, XP
    Mac OS 10.4 and above.
