The Fred 08 tee shirts are for the Presidental campaign of Fred Thompson. You can get them by going to officialfred08store.com.
If you note, Mr. Rich was the only one wearing the shirt. While he did have on another long-sleeved shirt underneath it, he probably didn't have any problems with the heat from the lights on stage this morning. It was somewhere around 35 degrees outside in Nashville when they did that.
