Gone Country
I think before it is all over said and done there will be a lot of surprises but I sure enjoy watching Gone Country. The ones chosen to be on gone country is from left to right extreme I would expect some great surprises to be coming up.
WTG JR. I'd love to see you guys but you two are so busy I'm actually surprised you do as many concerts as you do. So when your thinking of California come to the Central Valley Fresno..

My 8-year-old's first concert
This past September I took my 8 year-old son to see Big and Rich at the LA County Fair. It was his first concert, and he had an absolute blast. The boys were in fine form, and it was a great time. My son was starting to get into gansta rap, in spite of my attempts to stop him, but now he is into country music, and wants to play guitar like Big Kenny and JR. Immediately after the concert he won an acoustic guitar playing darts at the fair! He has half the kids at his afterschool club singing "two-foot Fred," and says he's going to "lead the Freak Parade." That one makes me a little nervous! Hopefully we will get to go to Stagecoach this year in Indio to see them again. I never get tired of them, and they brought my son back from "the dark side!"

I love Gone Country...it is awesome...I grew up and still live in central Illinois...but I'm a country girl at heart...so watching this show is like being able to live through the cast...and John Rich is a my kinda country boy...would love to meet him... he is definitely hot!

Although, I don't like "Save a Horse," (I know I'm in the minority on that point). I do like everything else you guy's have done. And if you, or Gretchen, oh hell, the whole Muzik Mafia, are ever in the Kalispll, MT area,I have a 2 bay, insulated, double barrel wood stove heated, garage with a double bay you would be more than welcome to come and jam and have some beers with me and my friends. We could jam elecrically til 10:00 pm, then go acoustic all nite long. Some of us are pretty good, some not so good, but they all come from the heart, and we play anything from 50's Rock--to fairly current Country on a regular basis "Music w/o prejudice." Personally I've played Rythmn(msp?) Guitar and fronted for the bands, and sang lead in local bars. Just couldn't find anyone else who had the dream and wanted to try and chase it. So I drove semi's long-haul for 28 years to make money for wife, and kids to eat and live. But could never get that 1 load that would have given me a chance to stop in Nashville for couple of days. So I could have tried to go to some of the "get up" bars.
I know you've heard this kind of crap a millon times. Just wasn't meant to be for me--and now I'm pushing 60. My favorite song of yours Is:"8th of Nov." Yeah, I'm a Viet Vet (volunteered--not drafted). And yes, I'm 50% service connected DAV. 1967-69.

Bayfest 2008, first family show, fourth show for me and hubby
Will be driving the family (2boys, 7 and 4 by then) to bayfest in Sarnia ONT. Got the unlicensed non-alcohol tickets, hoping to get there early to get close to the stage. Both kids love the big rock songs, they still don't know they are going, it will be awesome, rain or shine.

this was my third time seeing these guys and wow was i ever impressed!I've seen them at Craven both of the times they've been there so it was an outside show and i would have to say the inside show in s'toon was better!
Concert in Lethbridge, Jan 17th/08
It was everything we expected and more!!! A little bit rock, a little bit country, and a whole lotta crazy fun!!!! Kinda like a circus act with unbelievable music! Please come back again, and I guarantee it will be sold out again!!
Just got back!!
Well, I just returned home from the B and R concert in Regina. It was my very first Big and Rich concert after following their careers since "Horse of a Different Color" was released and I will say this is, without a doubt, this was the best concert I have ever been to.
I can't ever really begin to describe it, but I will try. Emerson Drive opened up the show with a 35 minute set and it was awesome. I have seen them live before and highly recommend them if they are ever in your areas. An amazing group that has an amazing future in country music. I think we will definitely see them as a headliner someday down the road.
Terri Clarke was the second act and she was great. In Canada, she is very well known and she put on an excellent show singing many of her hits that she has had in the States and up here in Canada.
Then, after a short break, 2 foot Fred came out and introduced Cowboy Troy who proceeded to do three numbers including "I Played Chicken With the Train." The one thing he told us was he has some sort of throat infection (I can't remember what it was called, but he told us) that didn't allow him to use the full range of his voice. However, he did an amazing job and when he did "I Played Chicken..." he brought the house down.
Immediately after he was done, the lights went down and we were treated to Big Kenny welcoming us to the show from off stage and then the introduction to "Radio" began to play and they were raised onto the top of the stage by an elevator of some sort. Well of course, the house came down and we all were screaming, yelling, and singing along.
After "Radio" Kenny and John proceeded to do the introductions of some of their band members and the eached introduced each other. Then, what I thought was awesome, Kenny had us all turn to the people around us and introduce ourselves. It was so cool to kind of meet the people around us because it was about to turn into one HUGE party!
I won't spoil the rest by putting on the songs and such because, in all honesty, I don't really remember (it all seemed like one big dream) all the songs that were played (I knew them all but they just aren't coming to me at 1:00 in the morning).
I will say this though, Kanny and John, you are two AMAZING performers. My cousins and I have been waiting since your first album to see you live. There have been opportunities to see you in Saskatchewan (especially at Craven Country Jamboree) but we couldn't always all get there. However, tonight, it all worked out and we got to see you live for the first time. Also, tonight you became the bar that all other concerts will have to live up to in my world and tonight, you raised the bar so high, I don't think I will ever see a concert like that again. Especially at the end (again, I won't spoil it) when you and Troy finished the night with those guitars; I have never yelled like that so much in my life. I am a teacher and I think I will have to change my lesson plans for Monday, because as of right now, I can't even speak because my throat is so sore from singing along to EVERY one of your songs!!
In all honesty, if you are reading this, and have never been to a Big and Rich show, you really do need to go and see these guys live. I know that some people are awesome on their CDs and then not so good live. THESE GUYS ARE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THAT. The only thing is, their CDs are amazing, and seeing them live is AMAZING.
Thank you Kenny and John for being such amazing performers and such down to earth guys. It was like watching two of your closest friends up there performing for their friends. You two are definitely artists that gear your concerts for your fans and your fans definitley appreciate you!!
We had an amazing time and cannot wait until you return to Saskatchewan again. LOVE EVERYBODY!!!

Okay first time seeing BNR
Okay first time seeing BNR will be April 4, 2008 at Texas Motor Speedway in Ft. Worth. I wanted to attend all three shows in Texas, but have to work. So I will get off work Thursday Night, drive 9 1/2 hours to Ft. Worth to be at the show, then get back up and drive all the way back to New Mexico. I am so excited!!! I just hope and pray that I have good seats.

Grande Prairie Show
WOW, The show that was put on for us on tuesday was simply amazing, From the artist to the crowd! It's still being spoke about on the radio and people are still calling in the local 93.1 Big Country Station to let everyone know how much they enjoyed and would go see you all again! Hat's off to the display of local home town kindness that you showed Emerson Drive and Sky! Later that night Cowboy Troy was at the local Drinking establishment Duke's! way to go! Awesome show, awesome talent, your welcome back anytime!!

Red Deer, Alberta, Canada Show 01/16/08
Big and Rich, along with Emerson Drive and Terri Clark stopped in Red Deer, AB Wednesday night and played to a full house of 5000+ at the Enmax Centrium.
We thought Big and Rich were in tough as Emerson Drive put on a very good 35 minute set. Then Terri Clark put on a great 60 minute set, including one encore.
Well it didn't take long for Big and Rich to show us that they were true top notch professional performers. From the surprise entrance to the constant rise in energy throughout the show, to the encore, they played all their hits, songs from their latest CD and had some fun with audience members. It was a pricey ticket a month before Christmas but I am sure glad that I bought the four so our family could attend and enjoy these good ol' boys and their brand of country music, that's loud rockin' country!!! Unfortunately, this was probably our last look at Big and Rich as we are a city of 80,000 and get the acts on the way up or down, once they hit the big time, they only play the big cities of Edmonton and Calgary. But we can always hope they come back. I'd be first in line for tickets!

Went to the show last night in GP greatest concert ever. They realy made Emerson Drive feel at home even know that is not to hard for ED to do here as this is Brad Mays home town. Keep it up. hope they come back to GP again i will be there.

Kelowna 2008
I just got home from the Kelowna Big & Rich concert, with Emerson Drive, and Terri Clarke. And I can honestly say that was the best concert I have ever been to. I have never actually gotten up out of my seat and just start dancing. I couldn't help myself. They are great preformers and entertainers. I was so swept up into it from start to finish!
Their music has made me the person I am to this day, without it I dont know where I would be. Such an amazing concert. I hope they come back soon!

I have to agree with pippi20001 that the show in PG was UNBELIEVABLE, we were completely entertained from start to finish. I also can confirm that as the mother of one of the 4 kids that was brought up on stage, my daughter will never forget it and has been walking on air since it happened. Big Kenny also told her he liked her style and not to change........it boosted her confidence.

Prince George Concert
I just got to see the concert with Emerson Drive, Terri Clark and Big and Rich. What an amazing show. Any of these artists alone was well worth the cost of the tickets. One part that I really enjoyed was watching Big and Rich bring 4 kids onto the stage and talk to them, then give them autographed guitars. Those kids will never forget that night. Thanks to all the artists for a great show. Cowboy Troy and Two-foot Fred were there as well, it was a great surprise, and they kept us entertained as well.

South Dakota is Amazing
I've read alot about how much you like Deadwood SD. Another amazing area to visit that is within a few hours of there is Clear Lake SD and Crystal Springs Ranch. I believe they have been admitted into the SD hall of fame and in my opinion they have the best Rodeo in SD area and are only a few hours away from Deadwood. The Rodeo Is actually held in a slew that was drained many years ago so it is outdoor and it has all natural beauty and camping. The Rodeo and camping attracts all ages and types of people. It's amazing. A preformance there one year would be unbelieveable.

Best Concert Ever
We were so very lucky to be at the concert in Kinder, Louisiana, September, 2007. It was by far the best concert I've ever been to. We are now spoiled by such a great show and completely hooked on Big & Rich! My 9 year old son got to go back for the meet and greet and it is still all of his talk. He is a huge fan! Thank you for such wonderful shows!! We love you in Louisiana!!!!
